CAF fines Berekum Chelsea for playing 'dirty' against Ahly

Chelsea narrowly missed out on semi final berth

Berekum Chelsea have been fined $5000 for their unsporting behaviour in the 4-1 defeat to Al Ahly in the CAF Champions League.
The decision made by CAF’s Disciplinary body is to punish the Ghanaian club for their ‘dirty’ play against the Egyptian giants on August 4.
Chelsea had left-back Richard Kissi Boateng sent off in their only defeat suffered in the Blues’ maiden African campaign.
Defenders Eric Agyemang and Awudu Nafiu received yellow cards with midfielder Jordan Opoku also getting booked in the closing stages of the game.
It is readily unknown the stipulated time within which the Berekum-based side are expected to pay the fine which has been communicated to them through the Ghana FA.
The 2010 Ghana Premier League champions narrowly missed out on the semi finals haven thrilled many with their silky brand of football.

CAF Why? Berekum Chelsea does not deserve this fine OR do you want to cut down their price money you have to give to them?
This means CAF is really broke.

CAF is so foolish! Ahly should be fined for cheating… They also cheated Sunshine Stars by delaying their bus! It is just a team of cheats!!
Wow wow… Somebody from Ghana must have pissed hayatu or whatever his name is off….it’s seems like caf is off to get Ghanaian team….I hope Malawi gets fined too..what the fuck is wrong with Africa?…can we get Ghana out of that aweful reched continent…look at what happened to us in Zambia, Malawi, and Egypt and yet we get punished…why is Africa soo corrupt. Sudan play an Ineligible player and Sudan is awarded a point…they should have taken the points from Sudan and not award it to anybody…in that case Ghana and every team beside Zambia should be given three points to even the playing field and not give one team an advantage…wise up CAF!
$5000 dollars for dirty play on the pitch? This sounds like a new rule. We need more clarification. hahaha
Then Malawi should be fined 50K, African football is a JOKE!!
