Aduana Stars moved out of the relegation zone temporarily after a 1-1 draw with Bechem United at the Sunyani Coronation Park on Sunday.

The Fire Boys needed a win to give their campaign the needed boost but the points shared mean they just one point above the danger zone.

Bechem, who have been handed a one home-match, had to host their rivals in the regional capital instead of their favourite ground.

Aduana shot ahead through midfielder Siddique Abubakar early in the second half.

When all thought, the visitors were cruising for the win, Emmanuel Asante struck in the 86th minute to earn a point.

Bechem have remained in tenth place ahead of the resumption of the league on 21 May.
