Coach Avram Grant wants a system in place to help Ghanaian players sign for clubs where they are guaranteed regular first team action.

The Black Stars trainer is concerned some of his candidates for future national team call ups are not being played by the clubs for a variety of reasons.

Modern day players are often driven to make transfer moves to enhance their riches rather than moving to clubs where there is always the chance to play football.

The former Chelsea boss is worried this phenomenon will have an adverse effect on the form of the Black Stars and wants help from authorities.

“I am still checking it [form of Ghanaian players] because after we was in the African Cup I follow all our players and the new players that can play for [us],” he said.

“I think for this moment I am analyzing all the situation because a few players are playing and few are not playing.

“And I think we need to think about the system that players from our team to go to clubs that will let them play and not think about contracts and other things.

“In the other hand the players that are playing are playing very well. The players that I saw even are playing better after the African Cup. This our target for all our players.

“But it’s mixed, a few of the players are playing, a few are not playing and I need to find a solution for this.”
