Louis Agyemang insists he has no problems with Bashir Hayford

Ashantigold striker Louis Agyemang has dismissed claims he has fallen out with coach Bashir Hayford following his lack of first team action at the club.

The 30-year-old is yet to play a single Premier League game for the miners this season after recovering from an injury.

Agyemang, who used to enjoy regular first team action at Obuasi last season has fallen down the perking order – with Hayford giving more opportunities to younger players.

The situation has sparked speculations that his relationship with the coach has gone sour.

But the versatile player has dismissed these believes while maintaining he is not overly worried by his apparent lack of first team action at Chelsea.

“I have absolutely no issues with Bashir Hayford,” he said

“We have a nice relationship and so there is no problem at all.

“It’s a shame that I’m not playing as expected but he is the man in charge and so we should leave him to make his own decisions.”

The miners have impressed this season and currently lie third on the table, just seven points adrift of champions Kotoko.
