Ardent Hearts follower's open letter to the board

Prominent Hearts of Oak supporter Ali Phobia

Prominent Hearts of Oak supporter Ali Phobia has urged the club’s Board to quickly appoint a Chief Executive while supervising fresh elections on the supporters front.

Ali Phobia in an open letter to the Board Chairman Togbe Afede XIV says these changes are crucial to halt the team’s massive decline in the Ghanaian top flight.
Hearts of Oak are currently in the relegation zone haven picked up just 15 points after 15 games in this season’s Premier League.
And while coach David Duncan is looking to strengthen the side by signing quality players in the secondary transfer window, Ali Phobia believes things should be out straight administratively and on the supporters front to ensure absolute progress.
“I write to humbly urge the Board to find a suitable candidate to become the Chief Executive to steer the day-to-day affairs of our dear club,” portions of his open letter read.
“It is also quite clear that the front is divided with respect to the supporters body, the National Chapters Committee (NCC) and its Regional bodies (RCC).
“The mandate of the NCC has long expired and therefore the need for fresh elections to be organized to give certain terms to a legitimate NCC.
“This I believe will ensure total unity which is a basic requirement if our dear team is to make any headway.
“I pray and hope this open letter will be received in high esteem and given the highest possible consideration. After all we are fitting for the progress of our great club.”
