Andre Ayew suspended for Lorient test

Andre Ayew will miss Marseille home game with Lorient due to suspension

Marseille boss Elie Baup will be without his influential winger Andre Ayew for Sunday’s Ligue 1 home clash with Lorient due to suspension.

Andre picked his third yellow card in less than ten Ligue 1 games during the 1-0 win over Lille at the Stade Velodrome.

This is the second time that Andre is missing a game this season because of suspension after sitting out of the trip to Bordeaux in early November.

Andre’s younger brother Jordan Ayew has also been summoned by the Ligue 1 Disciplinary Committee over a brawl with two Lille players.
