Amidaus progress to MTN FA Cup last 16

Posted On Saturday, 9th March 2013

Amidaus lower division side Prestige FC 3-1

Amidaus Professionals are through to the last 16 of the Ghana MTN FA Cup after a 3-1 win over Prestige FC on Friday.

A brace from Patrick Ampiah and Sellasi Adjei were enough to hand the Premier League side a comfortable win over the second-tier side at the Nicholson Park in Burma Camp.

The Tema-based side have thus become the first team to advance to the last 16 with the rest of the matches expected to take place on Saturday and Sunday.

Great Olympics will battle Rainbow FC at home while Guan United will welcome Sekond Hasaacas in Saturday’s fixtures.
