Yahaya Mohammed will be named as the new captain of Amidaus Professionals

Yahaya Mohammed will be handed the captain’s armband at Amidaus Professionals, GHANAsoccernet.com can reveal.
The 24-year-old midfielder is already fancing his leadership qualities after joining the newly promoted side on a season-long loan from Asante Kotoko.
The former OGC Nice impressive enforcer captained the side in their 3-0 defeat to Hearts in a pre-season friendly on Wednesday and he says he is ready for the leadership role.
“When your leadership qualities come to bear everybody will see it. They (Amidaus) see me as a senior player having played for Kotoko and teams outside,” Yahaya said
“I believe when your leadership qualities are strong you can move forward.
“They want to give me the captain’s armand so that the young ones can learn something from me.”
The ex-Tema Youth man is expected to play an influential role for the Harbour-based side in their debut top flight season.
