Amidaus capture defender Sefa on transfer deadline day

Posted On Tuesday, 18th September 2012

Owusu Sefa has completed a season-long loan to Amidaus Professionals

By Patrick Akoto

Hearts defender Owusu Sefa has moved to Amidaus Professionals on a season-long loan.

The newly promoted side had been in talks with the strong defender during the transfer deadline day for newly promoted sides on Monday, and the Phobians have now confirmed  the deal.

Sefa is expected to bring his rich vein of experience to help the club make a significant impact in their debut season.

There had been talks that the 26-year-old was to move to Aduana Stars, but a deal with the Habour-side was always the favoured option.

Amidaus qualified to the Premier League after they won their promotional league playoffs.
