All Stars goalkeeper Robert Dabuo has told GHANAsoccernet.com he habours a dream to play at the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations.

The 21-year-old has been impressive for the Wa-based side for the past three seasons and his performances continue to attract interest from local clubs.

Dabuo have a lot to do until head coach Goran Stevanovic names his final 23-man squad on 25 December.

Currently, Tema Youth's Ernest Sowah and Daniel Agyei of Liberty Professionals are the locally-based duo to be picked alongside Adam Kwarasey.

But the youngster is unperturbed and insists he has enough qualities to make the final cut.

"It's the dream of every player to wear the national colours and I think if I'm given the chance with the Black Stars, I won't disappoint at all," Dabuo told GHANAsoccernet.com

"I look forward to the future with optimism and I believe my form this season has not been bad at all and all the people who have watched me will attest to this fact”

“It’s the prerogative of the coach Stevanovic to determine which player he’ll call up for the national duty, but I don’t want to keep my dream alive”.

He was an unused substitute in the Ghana Under-20 side who won Africa’s first historic gold at the Fifa World Youth Championship in Egypt.

He also part of the Under-17 side that played at the 2007 Fifa Under-17 World Cup in South Korea.
