Striker Alex Asamoah scored in the 2nd minute to hand Aduana Stars a 1-0 win over King Faisal to maintain their place at the summit of the Glo Premier League on Wednesday.
Faisal were chasing after their first win since the 3-2 win over Edubiase in October and were hoping to topple the fire club in Dormaa but Asamoah's early strike decided the match.
Aduana are top, one point better than three other teams - Medeama, Dwarfs and Berekum Chelsea - after nine matches.
