Hearts of Oak coach CK Akunnor
Hearts of Oak coach CK Akunnor reckons there is a lot of work to be done to improve his side following the disappointing 2-1 defeat to All Stars.
The Phobians succumbed to their second straight defeat of the Ghana Premier League in front of their home fans at the Accra Sports Stadium on Wednesday.
Akunnor admits some remedial amount of work is required to get their campaign back on track.
“It’s not looking good at all, I agree with you,” the ex-Ghana captain told MTNFootball.com.
“But we have to work very hard. I am disappointed with this result.
“I don’t think the boys played badly in terms of play but we failed to create enough and did not shoot from behind as Wa All Stars did.
“We need to go back to the table and discuss this.”
Hearts who currently lie ninth next make a tough trip to Berekum to play in-form Berekum Chelsea.

He must also back up
Idiot coach who can’t manage player egos! U better resolve your differences with Laryea Kingston…cos poor results will get you fired but Laryea will remain! Mark my words….word to the wise. Like it or not…you need Laryea!
He is caught up in a ZUGZWANG moment and is very desperate to find a way out. We are patiently waiting to see what else is he going to do.
You, must back up not them. Don’t put on the players. This is how some old people do to the young ones in order to dodge blaming and their shameful acts.
But I think he has to revise his tactics though, and the players have to be more creative.
