Emmanuel Agyemang Badu believes the return of Michael Essien, Kevin-Prince Boateng and Andre Ayew has made Ghana’s squad impregnable.
The midfielder says this gives Ghana the edge over Zambia in the Brazil 2014 Group D deciding qualifier.
The trio, who missed June’s qualifier against Lesotho and Sudan, are back to bolster the team for the crucial match against the Chipolopolo.
Ghana need a draw to qualify to the play-offs as the lead the table with 12 points; one more than Zambia.
“The feeling is great to have such wonderful players in the national team like this. When you look at the bench you can see the quality,” the Udinese player said.
”When you look at national teams like Spain and Germany that is what they have. So I’m happy Kevin, Essien and Dede is back. We are going to work like a team.”
Badu scored before joining his international teammates on Monday night in Udinese’s 3-1 win against Parma at home.
