Ghana striker Samuel Afum won the man-of-the-match prize in Young Boys’ 4-2 reverse in the Swiss Super League on Sunday.
The 22-year-old wins the award on the second week running after clinching it last weekend in the victory at Servette.
Afum carved the opening goal at the Stade de Suisse with a cracking effort in the sixth minute for Young Boys but his side failed to maintain the lead as they succumbed to a 4-2 defeat.
Despite the defeat, Afum’s resilience and attacking prowess won him the man-of-the-match award.
He has now scored 4 times in ten starts this season.
