Ghana midfielder Afriyie Acquah made a return to action for Parma after serving a one-match suspension in his side’s 1-0 win at Sassuolo in Serie A on Sunday.

The youngster came on in the 68th minute to replace Marco Marchionni as Marco Parolo’s second minite goal sealed the win.

Acquah missed last Sunday’s 2-2 draw with Fiorentina due to yellow-card related suspension after picking up five yellow cards.

The 22-year-old has made 15 appearances for Parma including nine starts for Parma.
