Ghana midfielder Afriyie Acquah returned to action Parma who came from behind to beat AS Roma 3-2 at the Stadio Ennio Tardini on Wednesday night.
The 20-year-old replaced Marco Marchionni on the hour mark to help tighten the midfield for Roberto Donadoni’s side.
Acquah’s introduction helped Parma to score their third goal through Zaccardo who slotted home a low shot following a goalmouth scramble.
But the youngster gave away a penalty after a challenge on Leandro Castan but luckily for him Totti saw his spot-kick saved by Antonio Mirante.
Acquah will be available when Parma visit Pescara on Sunday in the early kick-off.
