Africa's leading player agent Ralph Nkomo says Ghanaian players are highly rated in Europe and lauded them for their winning mentality.Â
Portsmouth's chief scout in Africa has worked with many top stars from the continent but says Ghanaian players are a cut above.
His Ralph Sports International agency represented retired footballers like Benjani Mwaruwari and Nwankwo Kanu.
John Utaka, Stéphane Sessègnon and Nadir Belhadj have worked with the Zimbabwean.
Likewise European footballers like Younes Kaboul, Glenn Verbauwhede and Kevin Pezzoni.
"When European clubs and agents want African players they consider Ghanaian players first because they are highly talented, discipline, cool to work with and have the winning mentality," Nkomo told Soccer Africa.
"Ghanaian players are rated very high everywhere they go in Europe and elsewhere."
