Ghana winger Albert Adomah continued his outstanding form in the English Championship on Saturday when he scored his eighth goal of the season, boosting his chances of making the Black Stars squad for the 2014 World Cup.

Adomah's second-half strike helped Middlesbrough to a 2-0 victory at Millwall - their first away victory since the opening game of the English Championship season.

Argentine Emmanuel Ledesma, making his first league start of the campaign, opened the scoring before Adomah added a second late on as the Lions saw a seven-game unbeaten run at The Den end.

Ledesma came on as a first half substitute and curled a delightful effort past Forde just after the break and Adomah wrapped up the points in the 89th minute.

Argentinian midfielder Ledesma picked up possession on the edge of the box, cut inside Paul Robinson and bent a left-footed effort past a sprawling David Forde and into the bottom corner.

Forde could do little to prevent Adomah wrapping up the points in the final minute as the Ghanaian rounded him and tapped into an empty net.

Adomah will do his chances of making Ghana's World Cup squad a lot of good his his blistering form continues like this.
