Adams in advanced talks to join Berekum Chelsea

Berekum Chelsea’s Chief Executive Nana Kwame Nketia has dismissed reports the club have signed striker Saddick Adams but confirmed there are ongoing talks.
The 22-year-old was reported to have signed a one-year deal to return to the Ghanaian top flight five years after leaving for Europe as a teenager.
But Nketia insists a deal has not yet been struck although discussions, he admitted, are at an advances level.
“We are still in discussions with him (Saddick Adams) but nothing is concluded at this point,” he told GHANAsoccernet.com.
“We will make an announcement one a deal is in place but for now nothing is confirmed.”
Chelsea appear to be in the market for a replacement for Emmanuel Clottey who has been sold to Tunisian club Esperance on the back of an impressive showing in the CAF Champions League.
Officials however insists they are not looking for a replacement as they believe they have enough in the tank to see the Berekum-based side through the next season.
