Ace journalist Moses Foh-Amoaning has hailed the work ethics of Kwesi Nyantakyi as he marks eight years of his stewardship as Ghana FA boss on Monday.

The affable football administrator has chalked many successes both on and off-the-field since he was elected into the high office of running the game in Ghana in 2005.

During his era, Ghana has qualified to two successive world cups with the third in sight after clinching qualification to Brazil last month.

Many have also hailed his leadership qualities which has endeared him to CAF aficionados with others tipping him to rule the continent in the foreseeable future.

Ace commentator Foh-Amoaning has heaped praise on Nyantakyi for transforming Ghana football.

“It’s fair to say that he (Nyantakyi) has done tremendously well. You look back and you cannot help but praise him for his outstanding leadership skills,” Amoaning told Happy FM

“He is like my junior brother who listens to counsel. We are all fallible and so he has made mistakes in the process.

“There have been some issues including the lack of sponsorship for the Ghana Premier League which is a major blot on his administration.

“But his total performance has been phenomenal and that has to be made clear.

“I have spoken to him on many occasions and I think he’s man who will go to places. I have said before and will repeat that he will lead this country to win the World Cup in Brazil.

“We just have to support him in prayers. It is not only the physical but spiritually as well.”
