KP Boateng warns Juventus, Napoli in title race

AC Milan star Kevin- Prince Boateng says it will not be a walk in the park for Juventus and Napoli in the title run-in this season.

Milan are desperate to reclaim the scuddeto after playing second fiddle to Juventus in the past two seasons while Napoli seem to have cemented second spot in the Seria A.

But the Ghanaian international has sent a strong warning to Juve and Napoli that the title race won’t be an easy one for them this term.

“It is true that the two teams have done an impressive transfer market, but I think other teams, including ours, will be able to have their say during this season,” Boateng said

“It will not be a walk for Juventus and Napoli. In fact, our team as well as the Roma, Inter, Lazio and Fiorentina, who bought Mario Gomez, one of the best strikers in Europe, will join the race for the title.

“It will be very difficult to go for points; no one will want to leave the street.

"I think it will be one of the most exciting seasons in Serie A in recent years.
