Abubakar Damba has quit Hearts

By Patrick Akoto

Hearts of Oak goalkeepers’ trainer Abubakar Damba has resigned from the club.

Details remain sketchy but sources say the ex-Ghanaian international tendered in his resignation on Friday.

Damba joined Hearts three seasons ago and has been instrumental in shaping up the careers of goalkeepers Philemon McCarthy and Tetteh Luggard.

His resignation will come as a massive surprise to the fans of the club.

His exit means the club is now without a substantive Chief Executive, administrative manager and now goalkeepers’ trainer.

Abubakari Damba was already guilty of unpleasant relationship with his subordinates, and many observers would never be surprised with this foreseeable situation. so Abubakari Damba is also trying as harder as possible to also capitalize on Hearts of Oaks renowned power of creating excessive nuisance which has pass the limit of endurance? Damba and his Hearts of Oaks should give their followers and sympathizers a break.
