Senegal midfielder Stephane Badji admits the road to the 2015 Nations Cup success will be ‘long and full of pitfalls’ but confident the side can surmount the challenge.

The Atlas Lions will open their group C account against four-time African champions Ghana before playing South Africa and Algeria.

"I feel that we are going to have a good tournament,” he said

"Frankly, I do not think there is a team better than us on the footballing map at the moment.

“This generation wants to prove that we have the ambition to win the cup in Equatorial Guinea.”
