Ghana midfielder Michael Essien has returned to full scale training with the Black Stars ahead of their second 2014 World Cup game against Germany on Saturday.
The AC Milan star has been struggling with a toe injury sustained during Ghanaââ¬â¢s opening group defeat against the USA last Monday in Natal.
Essien sat out Wednesdayââ¬â¢s training session as the Black Stars medical team attended to his injury.
He has however bounced back strongly and fully took part in Thursdayââ¬â¢s session at the Rei Pele Stadium in Maceio.
Ghana is in desperate need of points against Germany following their stuttering start in their Group G opener against the United States.
