Ghana players have arrived in Holland to start their preparation for the World Cup.

Ghana players arrived in Holland on Sunday morning to start their preparation for the 2014 World Cup, the Ghana FA has revealed in a statement.

Black Stars players including captain Asamoah Gyan arrived in Holland, Sunday morning to continue with their World Cup training camp.

Twenty-three players and staff checked into the team's camping base in Arnhem after departing Accra, Saturday night.

Midfielder Sulley Muntari was the only player excused from the travelling party from Accra after being granted permission by head coach Kwesi Appiah to attend to pressing family matters.

The AC Milan player will leave Accra, Sunday evening and join the rest of the team on Monday.
