Ghana star midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu has urged his Udinese to continue their climb up the table after the Zebrette held Napoli to a 1-1 draw at the Stadio Friuli on Saturday.

The 23-year-old played full throttle for Udinese and was involved in the sequence of play that resulted in Bruno Fernandes' 54th minute effort to cancel out Jose Callejon's goal and earn a point against a highly-fancied Napoli side.

Badu believes Udinese are on the right path and told Sky Sport Italia after the match that the Bianconeri need to continue this form until the end of the season.

“We played a good game, after the first goal we responded. Bruno Fernandes scored a beautiful goal and we have to continue like this to improve our standings,” he said.

“Juventus is a strong side but we recovered immediately against Napoli.”

Udinese committed a barrage of errors in the first-half and Napoli could have killed the tie off but they allowed the home side stage a strong fightback in the second-half to peck the scoring.

Badu's impressive performance on the afternoon comes good for both club and country as the season draws to a close and look set for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
